Position: Finance Officer
Location: Duty Station: Abim,
Overall Responsibility: Based in Abim, the Finance Officer shall be responsible to the Program Manager at field level and to the Finance Director as overall supervisor. He/She shall provide financial support and direction to the field office in Abim and specifically observing CPAR-Uganda's financial policy in:

Specific Responsibilities:
a. Providing Financial guidance to the project staff and management and ensuring project expenditures are in line with the activities in the approved budgets and proposals; b. Ensuring that financial transactions are correctly coded and reported on a timely basis.

Qualifications, skills and experience: a. Bachelors' degree in commerce with: accounting option, possession of Professional qualifications will be an added advantage; b. Work experience of not less than two years especially with NGOs in a similar position.
