Home Based Covering South East London (Dartford, Gravesend, Bromley, Catford, Lewisham, Greenwich, Croydon)  

Up to 25,000 Basic

+ Uncapped Commission and bonus (First Year typical OTE 45,000 established individuals earn six figures)

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager (CRM) to join the team and help our continued expansion across the UK.  Often described as a role that combines Field Sales/Account Management experience and Recruitment Consultancy skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.  You will be a highly successful and motivated individual.  The quality of our people is the key to our success. 

Working from home you will be responsible for developing new business and managing the associated renewals within your geographic area.  Our business model focuses on quality of service and ensures we achieve exceptionally high volumes of repeat business.  You will work closely with an office based Account Manager and have continued support from your Sales Manager to help you deliver great results. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and thrive on autonomy.  With a proven track record in Recruitment and Sales you will be driven by success.  It is essential that you can demonstrate results in a B2B environment. 

With the tenacity to target opportunities and make new business appointments you will combine this with an ability to deliver solutions in a face to face sales environment.  A highly professional and consultative approach is essential.
