Role Examine records of AKES, U, functional units to ensure proper recording of revenue and expenditure in the books of accounts; make recommendations to strengthen internal controls within the organization within the Guidelines for AKDN Best Practice.
Position: Internal Auditor
Applications are invited for the above post as an independent function reporting to the AKESU Board of Directors. The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years practical experience as an Internal Auditor; self-drive, initiative; effective communication skills; records management and interpretive skills; fraud detection, management and investigative skills.
Academic/Professional Qualifications: Accounting Degree/ Diploma and ACCA, CPA is essential. Computer literacy in Ms Word and Excel is essential and experience of TALLY accounting software is an added advantage.
