Bangladesh: Leaders for the subteam of Kinyarwanda/Hindi/Urdu translators at Beyond Violence (unpaid - worldwide)

You enjoy assigning and coordinating tasks? You like working in a team? You have experience or enthusiasm for proof-reading texts translated into Kinyarwanda, Hindi, or Urdu from English? You are ready to take responsibility for results of your team? You have a passion for combating violence in the world bit by bit as part of a global movement? Beyond Violence is centered around a web platform which seeks to engage people across countries and continents in the promotion of non-violent conflict transformation. Through online petitions, forum discussions, digital conferences, and many more ways we are impacting decision makers and key local actors to put down weapons and solve conflict through negotiation and dialogue.

**Your responsibilities **

• Assigning translation tasks to the team members in cooperation with other team managers.

• Monitoring the accomplishment of the assigned tasks.

• Proof-reading the French translations that appear on our website.

• Participating in online meetings with the translation team manager.

• Cooperating your tasks with the translation team managers and other team managers.

• Managing your time sufficiently to work the hours that you want to contribute (estimated at 5-10 hrs per week).
