We invite you, if you are a self-driven, results-oriented individual, a team player who is keen on a new experience to take up the challenge for an efficient business delivery model.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct timely Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to meet UTL Network Availability, MTTR, and MTBF KPI ObjectivesProcess all faults related to Network Quality of Service (Congestion, CDR, CSSR, SDCCH Blocking rate, Handover Success rate etc) KPIs and prescribe solutions and/or carryout timely corrective procedures to maintain the KPIs within the range in the UTL Set Objectives as escalated by NOC.Keenly monitor and manage UTL contractors to ensure that contractor SLAs are met within the allocated region.Responsible for auditing network for capacity requirements to guarantee future network and service expansionsImplement UTL’s Network and Service Installations as requested by other Sections and Departmets (Project, transmission, Planning, BSS, NSS, NOC, ISP, IT, Commercial and Sales)To support Internal customers to perform field tasks (Eg.
