Educate! partners with innovative secondary schools across the country to deliver world-class skills development programs for ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level students, teachers, and administrators.Educate! is scaling up to work in 10 new districts and over 200 new schools in Uganda and invites qualified applicants to support Educate!’s M&E Team in the process of scaling and modernizing the M&E System:Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. M&E System Design: Strengthen effective Performance Management Monitoring and sustainable Impact Evaluation2. Monitoring Implementation: Oversee and manage quantitative and qualitative monitoring to track program performance3. Data Management: Coordinate analysis of real-time program monitoring data collected through SMS and Smartphone Applications4. M&E Technology: Lead the design and development of innovative M&E technology applicationsQualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (preferably in Social Sciences, Economics, or Statistics); Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation will be an assetA minimum of two years’ professional experience in M&EHigh degree of proficiency in Windows Excel and/ or Statistical Software (SPSS, STATA)All interested candidates who desire to join Educate!
