Establishes a regular supervision schedule and an on-the-job technical coaching strategy to integrate and reinforce MoH and district supervision and monitoring visits to laboratories, while providing on-site coaching.Liaises with the MoH central laboratory for monitoring and evaluation and certification of training and relevant materials.Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in Public Health or other relevant field.
