$22.50+ Seeking a Marketing Coordinator with Tradeshow and Event Planning Experience!

Essential Responsibilities
- Coordination and management of all corporate, partner and sponsored events including planning, logistics, fulfillment and e-marketing.
- Tradeshow management and coordination including booth properties, space selection, utilities, shipping/logistics, reception planning, catering, apparel, travel, and promotion.
- Manage and coordinate all e-Blast/e-Marketing activities
- Day-to-day management of Training program including venue selection, logistics, e-Marketing/e-commerce, catering, testing, reporting, scheduling, and coordination with Technical Support staff.
- Developing and maintaining dashboard of sales and traffic reporting and analysis for ongoing activities.
- Coordinating e-marketing efforts to support all programs and new product messaging.
- Manage and motivate with attention to detail.

Key Result Areas
- Identify key goal, objective, or outcome of marketing material
- Identify audience and appropriate media.
- Demonstrates self-starter ability, able to take limited direction to produce results.
- Understand e-commerce functionality and basic web marketing principals including email deployment and search engine optimization.
- Manage HTML, mass email marketing systems and database management.
- Team player with an ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organizational, resource management and communications skills.
- Willing to work occasional weekends and travel 25% of the time.

Position Specifications

Experience and Education:
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations.
-An Associates Degree with at least two years of marketing experience, developing and implementing marketing communications and tradeshow or event planning
