Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
•Define product vision and strategy for Motoblur client applications
•Make decisions about current products and future roadmap based on through analysis of business impact and customer benefit
•Collect requirements by interacting with carriers, consumers, device product managers across different product tiers and markets
•Manage end-to-end product life cycle from product ideation, to conception, launch and post-ship
•Analyze and consolidate requirements to determine, recommend, plan and document application specifications and layouts
•Be a hands-on user and evangelist of the products internally and externally
•Work with engineering managers, programmers and others to design killer applications/experiences and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
•Prioritize features, change requests and bugs based on customer need and user insights

Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Minimum Bachelors with 3+ years of product management work experience - MBA preferred.
•Ability to be creative/innovative and to turn this insight into actual product deliverables
•Thorough understanding and passion for mobile technologies and social media
•Ability to lead projects across a matrix organization and influence cross-functional decision making to get things done.
•A sense of what makes any product a good product.
•Ability to develop business cases based on financial and experience goals
•Self starter with excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
•Experience in managing software products and features throughout the complete product lifecycle would be a plus.
