The position of Marketing Analyst, located in Irvine, CA will lead the development and implementation of target market business plans, channel and distribution strategies, and the achievement of P&L goals as determined by senior management specific to the Hispanic community.

The position implements the segment strategy and tactics. The Marketing Analyst will work to join the needed product development, public relations and advertising/marketing strategies to ensure Meguiar's relationship with the Hispanic community is unified.

The Marketing Analyst maintains active interaction with the Marketing and Sales teams relative to segment and product, opportunities, and issues as well as active hands-on involvement in training, specific to the new products introduction process. In addition, the Marketing Analyst enhances company sales through annual revenue growth and the reduction of costs and complexity in reaching the segment with the portfolio.

Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Minimum of 3 years product, brand management and/or marketing experience Bilingual fluency: English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing 5+ years of product, brand management and/or marketing experience Hispanic market focused product or brand management, advertising, PR, promotions, P&L management, and/or market research experience Analytical problem solver. Ability to provide leadership to a team of people and inspire them to a common goal. Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math and computer skills.
