Web Analytics Business Analyst -

Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing measures of performance across web marketing tactics, analyzing activity across online channels, and representing client interests in interactive marketing plans and strategies.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to:

Leading efforts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients based on business goals and online marketing campaigns resulting in monthly dashboard reporting.
Plan Web analytics program implementation, tool configuration, code integration and reporting using Omniture SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics and Google Analytics.
An attitude that can inspire and mentor other designers, as well as communicate concepts, strategies and critiques in a team environment and bring their designs to a whole new level
Defining attribution models as related to online marketing campaigns including search engine marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, affiliate, email and social media.
Overseeing data analysis and conclusion/insight development. Reporting findings & updating agency and client teams.
Designing, recommending, and managing research to inform all client initiatives.
Synthesizing research results and campaign/site metrics with other relevant information and developing business implications and recommendations for agency clients.
Managing reporting tools and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
Strong knowledge of research, data collection, statistics and data analysis techniques
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
2+ years experience conceptualizing, planning and executing reporting and analytic applications with demonstrable record of success
2+ years of experience in web marketing including direct experience with SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliate, Email and Social Media
