RESPONSIBILITIES. -Oversee financial management at MESUF .
-Finance management and utilization.
-Opening project accounts.
-Oversee all financial operations and decision making.
Financial analysis and reporting.
-Review financial proposals and budgets from MESUF and advise accordingly.
-Develop and implement financial control systems for the transparent and effective management of resources.
-Ensure development and implementation of MESUFoperating procedures.
-Prepare payments and expense changes.
-Prepare monthly,quarterly and annual financial reports
-Prepare accounts for auditors.
