Job Responsibilities

The Global Campaigns Manager will develop the go-to-market themed campaigns including goals and objectives, creative, multi touch journey for each target and recommended metrics. The candidate will coordinate with teams across the marketing organization to ensure integration of the campaigns across the marketing spectrum (i.e, awareness, demand generation, sales enablement)

- Manage creation of Global Campaigns strategy and end user materials (lead agreement on themes, market segment, audience, messaging, creative, journey)
- Work with Product Marketing to develop messaging that is solution based and focused on customer pain points and/or critical business issues
- Ensure integration and adaptation of campaigns across all target audiences including Channel and Strategic Partners
- Coordinate and lead campaign process and communication with Geos
- Develop online search and media plan working with external agencies

Capabilities Required

The candidate should possess the following capabilities:
- Strong background in Enterprise marketing
- A strong understanding and proven track record for creating and delivering global campaigns on time and on budget
- Able to build strong relationships and work closely with field marketing and field management
- Ability to work with key stakeholder to ensure that messaging is consistent and clear and resonates with the audience and is integrated into all areas of the campaign
- Ability to work with peers, business units and the field that are not under direct control
- Experience managing creative agencies, budgets and strong negotiation skills
