Production Coordinator/Staff Graphic Designer Job

Minimum Requirements: Related 4-year (B.A. or B.S.) degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years designing and producing graphic materials. Familiar with the basic Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) + MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) + Keynote. Strong writing skills.

Job Description:
Production Coordinator/Junior DesignerCoordinates and provides in-house production services. Coordinates outside vendors, including delivery. Receives direction from Graphics Manager or Proposal Manager. Able to design or prep basic artwork for proposals and presentations. Familiar with operating systems for both PC and Macintosh platforms. Basic computer skills including minimal knowledge of office copiers and large format printers. Strong collaboration skills, and able to communicate well with all levels of staff – a team player. Responsible for quality control or proofing of related content. Punctual and able to handle pressure of multiple, and concurrent deadlines.
