Organization: Mandela National Stadium Mandela National Stadium often referred to as Namboole Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kampala, Uganda. It is currently used mostly for football matches, although other sports are also practiced. The stadium has a capacity of 40,202 people. The stadium was built with a grant of $36 million dollars from the People's Republic of China. The 40,202 capacity sports complex was built with a $36m Chinese government grant and opened in 1997. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all items brought into the stores are received and recorded on timeEnsure that all Issues out of store are against properly authorised requisitionsEnsure that there are regular stock verificationsEnsure that all stock cards are regularly updatedEnsure that items in the store are Kept in accordance with prescribed health, safety and other standardsCompile, prepare and produce stores reports on a monthly basisOffer input in keeping required stock levelsFollow up orders placed with suppliers to expedite the delivery of the required items or servicesOffer technical support and guidance to management on stores issuesDevelop and maintain effective stores management policies, systems, regulations and procedures for Mandela National Stadium Limited (MNSL).Regularly update the stores ledgerEnsure cleanliness and neatness of storesMaintain adequate security in the storesQualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicant should hold a Diploma in Business Administration or Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, or its equivalentAt least two year’s working experienceDemonstrated experience in managing stocksComputer literacy skills with working knowledge of accounting software package(s)Ability to work under minimum supervisionAll fully qualified applicants should endeavor to send their applications to the address below;Human Resource and Administration ManagerMandela National Stadium LimitedP.O.
