These brands include Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, J&B, Windsor, Buchanan's and Bushmills whiskies, Smirnoff, Ciroc and Ketel One vodkas, Baileys, Captain Morgan, Tanqueray and Guinness.Job Summary: The Empties Uplift Coordinator will be responsible to maximize EABL sales by managing the order cycle and Credit note processes. The incumbent will also provide a high quality customer service to agreed service standards. He /s he will also continuously improve customer service levels in co-operation with the IMC (in Market Company), logistics, finance and other parts of the business. The jobholder must strive for excellence in a highly competitive environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  The incumbent in role should have clear insights and have an intrinsic understanding of the new logistics and master data interfaces and capable of resolving issues that may arise as a result of the new interfaces being deployed between Diageo Uganda and 3PL whilst effectively managing the stock team to ensure that stock keeping integrity and inventory compliance is maintained.Capturing of empties returned from customers as they comeMonitor the delivery creation process in the system and report variance to systems improvement manager.Inform OTC Manager of any stock/price variances in the systemRecapture any empties return orders not yet in the systemProcess returns of finished goods in the system after seeking approval from relevant authorities.Handle all Customers claims in the system (i.e. Transit breakages and decants).Quickly respond any queries to internal and external customersVisit IMC, contractors and customers to improve relationships and service levels.Maintain Logistics matrix tracker for all empties, orders created, invoices billed so as to help in process improvements.
