Duties: Manage the overall desk activities, including the Team Leads; Own the IT Service Desk process and ensure that it is efficient, effective and fit for purpose; Make sure that the IT Service Desk process is being followed as agreed and documented, and is meeting its objectives and requirements, using qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators (KPIs);

Education: Should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field; Professional Certification/Active Membership of a professional organization; Postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage

Experience: Five or more years’ experience in any of the following areas: Project Management, IT Service Delivery; A minimum of three years management experience
