Contracts: One-year fixed-term contract.

Required languages: Fluent written and spoken English

Level of experience: Minimum five years of applied girl programming experience

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

The role will report to our Senior Manager, Girl Specialists. The Girl Specialists team plays a key role in Girl Hub Rwanda’s integrated strategy – it is the leading source and driver of knowledge and expertise on adolescent girls’ programming, enabling sustainable systems for girl expert knowledge, with maximum impact that is measurable and scalable.

The Manager, Girl Specialists will work with members of Girl Hub’s cross-functional team (including Insights, Brand, Communications & Monitoring, Learning and Research), and with local and international partners.
