World Vision International is recruiting a Senior Advisor, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in Kampala

Deadline: 5^th December 2014

Duties: To provide leadership and coordination for the monitoring, evaluation and learning components of the USAID WASH project. To develop monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems that include appropriate indicators, baseline data, targets and a plan to evaluate performance and produce timely accurate and complete reporting.

Education: A minimum of a Masters Degree or higher in a relevant discipline

Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years working in monitoring, evaluation and research in the WASH field, with progressively increasing level of responsibility; Experience working with multiple stakeholders
