They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a Hotel in Mbale.

Job Summary:  The Reservation Clerk(s) will support the

Hotel in organizing the reservations system and take responsibility for the

quality of the service it provides, whilst maximizing occupancy rates and

average revenue per room.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for checking in and out of guests in

their rooms

·        
Attends to guest inquiries and complaints

·        
Ensure that all telephone, fax and Internet

enquiries received from customers are handled to a high quality standard

·        
Ensure that customers are offered high quality

services and a high quality service

·        
Ensure the continuation of the resources supplied

for his or her use

·        
The Reservation Clerk will ensure that the brand

standards are applied

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The ideal candidates must hold degrees in Hotel

management, Leisure and Hospitality

·        
A minimum of four years’ experience in a hotel

environment

·        
Computer literacy skills and proficiency

·        
Self-control

·        
Thoroughness

·        
Excellent organizational skills

·        
Readiness to take the initiative

·        
Fluency in English is a must

·        
Significant experience (reservations systems)
