RTI’s International Education Division is supporting education
development around the world by strengthening education policy, management and
practice in order to achieve measurable improvement in teaching and learning.
From our well-established reputation in education system strengthening, to
innovative work in early grade assessment and learning, RTI is improving education
quality, relevance and efficiency through implementation of projects funded by
USAID, DFID, Australian Aid and other donors and clients. RTI International is
implementing the Uganda Literacy Achievement and Retention Activity Project
(2015-2020).
Job Summary: The Human
Resources (HR) Manager will serve as HR advisor to project management on HR
related matters. The incumbent will also be responsible for employment
administration to include recruitment, hiring, personnel changes, compensation
and benefits management, HR information management and personnel file
compliance.

Experience:

Opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management,
business, or related discipline - Five or more years of human resources
management experience or equivalent years of combined education and
experience.
