Movit Products Limited is one of the Leading Cosmetics Manufacturers in
the Great Lakes region. Movit Products Ltd, a cosmetic manufacturing company
was formed after a careful assessment of the community development needs, a
feeling of Ugandans as well as a trend in global development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of implementing the national
sales programs by developing regional sales action plans derived from the
national sales plan. - Mentor and manage the assigned sales team
to achieve the set sales target - Actively monitor, create, and send all
reports regarding the sale team and performance - Routinely evaluate information related to
sales, economic indicators, competition and market research from the
assigned region. - Develop programs to identify and pursue
significant sales opportunities with key customers, agents and hotels with
in the assigned region. - Manage order review processes, including
pricing adherence, product mix, supply & demand, changing trends and
customer needs.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration – marketing option or any
other business related discipline. - At least two to three years’ experience in
a similar position - Ability to work for long hours.
- High level of flexibility in terms of
working times and travels. - Stress management skills
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Customer Service, Client Relationships,
and negotiating skills - Excellent Product Knowledge
- Ability to meet monthly targets
