recruitment services, high level management Trainings and focusing on keeping
clients satisfied. They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a leading
supplier of motorcycles in Eastern Africa.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Maintains showroom staff by recruiting,
selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Maintains Showroom staff job results by
coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring,
and appraising job results. - Achieves financial objectives by preparing
an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating
corrective actions. - The incumbent plays a role in identifying current
and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential
and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service
requirements. - Formulates pricing policies by reviewing
merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion;
authorizing clearance sales; studying trends. - Markets merchandise by studying
advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and
financial statements for profitability ratios. - Protects employees and customers by
providing a safe and clean Showroom environment. - Determines marketing strategy changes by
reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales
records. - Maintains operations by initiating,
coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies
and procedures. - Actively contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Degree
in Business Administration preferably with marketing option. - At least six to ten years of experience in
above areas preferably in Engineering / Manufacturing Industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation
skills - Excellent Analytical Skills
- Through knowledge of Import – Export
procedures - Decision making skills
