Techno Brain BPO/ITES is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT

Enabled Services division of Africa’s leading software Solutions Company.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Cordially answer calls and respond to

    emails

  • Handle customer inquiries telephonically

  • In charge of researching required information

    using available resources

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

  • Provide customers with product and service

    information

  • Enter new customer information into system

  • Update and maintain existing customer

    information

  • Process orders, forms and applications

  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

  • Document all call information according to

    standard operating procedures

  • Complete call logs/update CRM Tool

  • Perform any other duties as maybe assigned

    by the supervisor


Qualifications, Skills and

Experience:  

  • The ideal applicants for the Customer

    Service Representative jobs must have completed a High school diploma or

    equivalent

  • Past experience in call Centre work

    environment is mandatory.

  • Fluency on both spoken and written English

    with

  • Possess excellent communication and

    interpersonal skills (Knowledge in more language is an added advantage)

  • Computer literacy i.e. excellent Microsoft

    office skills

  • Smart in appearance

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Time conscience

  • Good organizational skills
