Key Duties & Responsibilities:· To manage the HR function of the Firm;· To manage the performance management system of the Firm;· To manage recruitment, retention and exit of human capital in the Firm;· Managing recruitment on behalf of our clients;· Oversees the External recruitment and selection practices to ensure the greatest number of highly qualified candidates are referred for each position;· Ensure interviews and selection techniques comply with the Clients’ policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations;· Leads and develops the Human resource team;· Managing the man power and leave plans of the Firm;· Managing the annual training plan of the Firm(2:8:80);· To provide secretarial and administrative support, maintenance and management of information held by the firm as may be required;· Managing events, planning and budgeting for the office (monitor and maintain office supplies);· Oversees Administrative Activities of the firm;· Manages employee relations and practices necessary to maintaining a positive employee-employer relationship and promoting a high level of employee commitment and relationships across the organization;· Management of other Support staff in the Firm;· Perform any other duties that may be allocated to you from time to timeQualifications, Skills and Experience:· The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial psychology or related field;· At least five years of progressive human resource experience with a strong background in employment and selection, training, organization development and employee relations;· The HR Executive should be a member of the HRMAU and professional certification e.g. CIPD, SHRP will be an added advantage· Excellent listening, grammar, numeracy, comprehension and presentation skills;· Excellent communication and etiquette skills;· Organization and planning skills;· Work management and prioritizing skills;· Problem solving ability and attention to detail;· Good record keeping;· Being reasonable and dependable; and· Ability to work under minimal supervision;· Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives;· Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem solving skills are requiredAll interested persons should submit their applications together with: Attached copies of all academic qualifications(transcripts and certificates); Detailed CVs and mobile telephone numbers; Three professional work references and or/academic referencesPlease send your applications via E-mail to; recruitment@kskassociates.net.
