Salary range £26k to £33k dependent on experience

Full time role based in Kampala (Uganda), travel within the region and occasional travel overseas.

Retrakis a registered faith based UK charity working with street connected children in Uganda, Ethiopia, Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya. Retrak works to transform highly vulnerable children's lives; preserve families; empower communities and give each of them a voice. Retrak’s vision is of a world where no child is forced to live on the streets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to lead the Uganda organisation with its multiple project sites, local and international partner relationships. The Country Director will lead a team of over 50 highly committed people. Working closely with Retrak colleagues in Africa, the UK and the USA at an exciting time as collaboration increases with government departments, other NGOs and institutions, your role in resource mobilisation is crucial to realising our vision.
