Joining Centenary Bank is an opportunity to use your skills and experience in tackling real world problems.Job Summary: The Centenary Bank Supervisor Women Banking will be developing and maintaining a proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective consultative selling and structuring of solutions for potential or existing women customers in line with the set targets, service standards and strategic objectives of the Bank.Key Duties and Responsibilities:The incumbent will be implementing effective sales and generate monthly sales performance reports for women business in line with the set targets.Steer and monitor the growth of the women customer base of the bank.Periodically generate a database of market information on the women segment and provide integrated financial product solutions in line with banking practice and identified customer needs.Carry out periodic visits or meetings to achieve understanding of the women in business needs intended to build a loyal women customer base and recommend procedural, process, and policy changes required to meet the changing needs of the women.Work in liaison with women organizations to be able to get a platform to sensitize women on the Bank’s offerings and generate sales.Identify and manage business risk from both the women and Bank perspective by minimizing risk exposure and ensuring adherence to the appropriate control mechanisms and KYC guidelines for existing and potential women business in the Bank.Actively participate in training branches on the women value propositions and update branches of any changes.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Business Statistics or any other related discipline.Possession of a post graduate qualification in business management and marketing is an added advantage.Past exposure and experience in handling women projects or segment in a financial institution is an added advantage.At least three to four years’ experience in a busy financial environment working directly with clients e.g Credit/Banking/Marketing/women client relationship management at Senior Level.Excellent sales track record in the financial services industry.Good working knowledge of desired women products, services and sales standards.Detailed understanding of the women segment in Uganda.Extensive knowledge of local competitors’ tactics, distributor channels and product offerings.Comprehensive understanding of the women banking value proposition.Excellent marketing , report writing and  communication skills (both verbal and written)Superb analytical skillsGood decision making and problem solving skillsPeople management skillsHands-on experience with conflict resolution ,change management  and negotiation processesStake holder management and engagementExcellent interpersonal and team building skillsExcellent presentation skillsPossess the ability to embrace the Bank’s mission and values.All candidates who desire to join Centenary Bank should send their applications by following the instructions below; downloading an application form for employment, download Here, filling it and enclosing an application letter, Curriculum Vitae (CV), and copies of academic testimonials/certificates and send the application to:General Manager, Human Resources Centenary Bank, P.O.
