Organisation: Instep Business Solutions (IBS)Duty Station:  Kampala, UgandaInstep Business Solutions (IBS) looks to recruit for its valuable client, a leading professional cleaning and allied services company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join its vibrant sales team.Job Summary: The Trainer will support in improving organization efficiencies by providing need-based training in technical, managerial and soft-skills aimed at improving employee capacity, capability and motivation levels.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Deliver identified training programs to address performance gapsWork in liaison with the Training Manager, identifying training and development needs in through training needs analysis surveys, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with other Managers and conduct ongoing personal development classes for staff members where necessary Process all issues related to pre-employment trainingEnsure availability of a pool of competent and trained personnel at all timesDesign training and development programs based on both organizational and the individual needsDeliver appropriate training within the set budgetMonitor and review the progress of staff trained through questionnaires and discussions with ManagersTrack training effectivenessEnsure that statutory training requirementsAmend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environmentResearch new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning for decision makingLink training of employees to performanceMaintain and keep updated records on all trainings both internal and externalConduct orientation sessions and organize on-the-job trainings for new recruitsDevelop testing and evaluation procedures including evaluating instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvementQualifications, Skills and Experience:  The candidate should possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management OR Diploma in Housekeeping and accommodation from a recognized institutionAt least 3 years relevant working experience Certified Trainer with experience in training business related courses will be an added advantageProficiency in ICTCustomer service oriented with pleasant and outgoing personalityExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsGood coordination and organization skillsRemuneration: An attractive salary package, in addition to benefits is on offer dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.If you are interested in the aforementioned job opportunity, please send your CV in MS Word to jobs@instepbusinesssolutions.com and indicate the job title on the subject and current and expected salary.For More Ugandan Jobs, Please Visit http://www.theugandanjobline.com   or find us on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/UgandanJobline
