Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing IT systems and hardware health
- Identify new IT needs, engage suppliers, analyze specifications and costs, and present to management for review/approval
- Set up all new IT systems and train users adequately
- Manage IT partner relationships.
- On-time, complete, and quality execution of IT projects
- Develop and implement IT policies
- Identify opportunities to leverage IT to improve company processes and customer experience.
- Member of a recognized professional body is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum work experience
- Skills in Documentation and information management.
- Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology or applicable degree,
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Excellent references
