Bringing Being into Business (BBS) is an HR Consultancy firm that seeks
to recruit for a Kampala based distribution.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree
in Sales & Marketing. Possession of a Master’s degree is an added
advantage - At least five to seven years of work
experience in Sales. - Significant experience in distribution of
wines, spirits or soft drinks will be an added advantage. - The incumbent should be willing to travel
extensively, be able to manage teams, be target oriented. - Past experience in managing distribution
channels - Excellent interpersonal skills, have good
geographic knowledge of Uganda. - Computer literacy skills i.e. working
knowledge of MS office will be preferred.
