Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Actively monitor individual, team and call center results to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends to ensure attainment of monthly sales targets.
· In charge of training, supporting and developing a team of Call Center Agents.
· Recommend corrective services to address customer complaints.
· Actively monitor service calls to ensure employee’s conformity to company rules and policies. Telemarketing.
· Responsible for general performance of all Call Center Agents.
· Researching on latest information and new market trends.
· Enforce call center regulations and policies.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a business related field from a reputable institution.
· The Call Centre Supervisor should preferably have at least two years’ experience in managing a team of Sales Personnel.
· Good computer knowledge.
· Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
