Corporation of Uganda Limited (SCOUL) is part of Mehta Group of Companies and

one of the leading producers of mill white Sugar in the Country. It’s located

at 45 kms on Kampala – Jinja Highway, just within the vicinity of Lugazi Town

Council, Buikwe District.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Actively monitor and coordinate the implementation

of the annual Audit plan including any special tasks requested by management

·        
Manage and regularly review the work of internal

audit teams, draw up reports on Audit engagement observations and make

recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations

and reducing costs

·        
Monitor and manage risks in the organization

·        
Ensure compliance with management policies and procedures

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree i.e.

BCOM/BBA accounting

·        
Possession of professional qualification i.e. ACCA,

Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor

·        
A minimum of five years’ experience as an Internal

Audit of Manufacturing Company
