Our customer base has grown tremendously - so has our coverage - and our service quality is unsurpassed in the market.Job Summary: The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for formulating and implementing the business strategy for Airtel Uganda that will result in achieving incremental CMS and RMS leadership; through focus on the various business and distribution channels, and customer experience.Key Duties and Responsibilities: In charge of defining and steering the commercial strategy for the country towards effective contribution to the company's vision and alignment to Group.Manage and oversee Revenue, Acquisition & Customer Market Share within the country. Deliver dominant CMS and ICMS for Airtel Uganda.Conceptualize and develop marketing channels which are customer oriented and relationship driven.Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure.Responsible for optimum and efficient utilization of the commercial budgets. Keep Net Acquisition costs and other sales and distribution related cost under control to ensure that EBITDA margins across regions are sustainedBuild a capable and motivated team at Airtel Uganda to create a high performance team environmentQualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate for the Airtel Telecom vacancy should hold a University degree.
