1. You will be responsible for drawing up the termly teaching timetable in consultation with the Deputy Headteacher Academics and Director of Studies.2. Supervise the class teachers, subject teachers in relation to time management and teaching and learning activities.3. Drawing up and forwarding requisitions for the section.4. Calling and chairing of section meetings.5. Ensuring discipline and smartness of both learners and teachers in the section6. Organizing of events like graduations, Christmas parties for the nursery section in consultation with the administrative committee.7. Advises head teacher in maters pertaining to the running of the section8. Organizes refresher courses and training programs for the teachers9. Initiates communication ties between the parents and the various stake holders.10. Signs off on all assessment report cards for the children.11.
