Uganda: Women's Empowerment, Ministry and Wellness Coordinator
Akola Project is a non-profit and social business that empowers women by facilitating vocational training, employment opportunities, savings and loans associations, education programs, ministry programs and leadership development.
The Women's Empowerment, Ministry and Wellness Coordinator role is a full-time paid position based in our Jinja, Uganda office. This position is responsible for maintaining current ministry and wellness programming; overseeing the roll out of Akola's new goal-based process empowerment initiative, including goal-based educational programming; facilitating the development of wellness policies as needed; assisting with Akola's monitoring and evaluation efforts; and providing research and recommendations for new empowerment and wellness opportunities as they arise.
