Uganda Limited, a leading power solutions entity. NFT Human Resource Solutions
are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards
increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and
effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of
resources.
Job Summary: The Business Development Manager builds new
markets and drives existing ones.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Renders
support in developing and executing the company’s sales strategy - Establishes
and leads a number of service centers in rural areas - Creates
innovative and effective marketing tools - Represents
Village Power at trade shows or other events and interacts with our
stakeholders - Keeps
accurate records of covered sales regions and reports them directly to the
country manager
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
- The
applicant should preferably hold a good Bachelor’s Degree or higher - Be
highly self-motivated, creative and takes initiative - Reliable,
accurate and honest - The
applicant should have already succeeded in a business development or sales
function - Fluency
in English and Luganda - Highly
enthusiastic to spend 1-2 days a week in the field - Computer
literacy skills i.e. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills - Ability
to inspire others
