We are currently looking for competent candidates to fill the following positions that exist in our group;

1. Coordinate and attend to all HR plant based needs including; recruitment, training and development, performance management, attendance, disciplinary issues, employee relations and welfare issues, payroll, employee counseling and guidance, incidents and audit issues.
2. Guide plant based management team on all HR related issues and the labour laws.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational psychology. Additional qualifications in HR will be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of existing labour laws
· Two year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company.
SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES REQUIRED
1. Should have a positive attitude, self-driven, flexible, results focused, creative, innovative, work for long hours and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
2. S/He should have effective report writing, communication, good customer care skills and counseling and guidance skills.
