Consulting Ltd is an HR consultancy company which seeks to recruit on behalf of
its valued client in the Trading Industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
The incumbent will attract potential customers by
answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other
products and services.
·
Keenly resolves product or service problems by
clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
·
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer
adjustments.
·
Recommends potential products or services to
management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
·
Prepares and submits product or service reports by
collecting and analyzing customer information.
·
Significantly contributes to team effort by accomplishing
related results as needed.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·
The Customer Care Assistant should at least hold a Bachelor’s
Degree.
·
Good CUSTOMER service skills
·
Good product knowledge
·
Excellent problem solving skills
·
Broad market knowledge of the trading market /
industry
·
Excellent listening skills
·
Skills in conflict resolution
·
Multi-tasking.
