Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for its valuable client, Synergy Partners
Limited, a real estate development company that provides serviced plots and
construction support in gated communities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build
and strengthen working relationships with key real estate brokers, agents
and manager - Develop
and implement sales strategies in achieving real estate sales targets - Recruit,
manage and motivate sales team. - Train
and mentor sales professionals in marketing activities and functions. - Carry
out market research appropriate to customers’ needs and requirements. - Integrate
best practices in delivering customers’ needs in real estate business. - Accurately
forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. - Develops
specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products - Provide
quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity. - Coordinate
proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. - Formulate
all sales policies, practices and procedures. - Work
closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to improve
market share in all product lines. - Interpret
short- and long term effects on sales strategies in operating profit. - Work
in liaison with the Sales Manager to establish and control budgets for
sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or
Business Studies is preferred. - At
least two to three years ofrelated experience. - Proven
good people and management skills
