Chemonics International Inc., a leading international development consulting firm that has been implementing USAID programs in Uganda for more than 20 years, seeks experienced professionals for the anticipated USAID-funded Uganda Water Health and Sanitation Project. Experience in Uganda is strongly preferred and English fluency Is required for all positions.WASH Engineering
• Master’s degree in engineering, civil engineering, sanitation, and water services engineering strongly preferred
•Minimum 5 years of experience designing and de
veloping water, sanitation, sewage, and hygiene works and systems, experience with Improvement projects including rehabilitating and maintenance of works a plus
•Demonstrated familiarity with Catchment and Source Protection programs, water safety plans, and natural resource impact assessments
• Nutrition and Community Health Specialist
• At least 5 years of experience providing technical assistance and management support to community health programs
• Experience in implementing collaborating with diverse actors, including community health teams, private sector actors, and government of Uganda officials
• Master’s degree in health, nutrition, or public health preferred
