Job Summary: The Customer Account Executive will primarily maintain
and develop working relationships with customers through being the
one-stop-shop contact point and acquiring new customer to achieve business
growth
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will manage customer inquiries,
problems, requests and suggestions; determines appropriate solutions and/or
responses.
·
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by
providing smooth customer service to customers as per agreed service standards.
·
The incumbent will negotiate customer claims,
initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader
·
The incumbent will also grow existing customers, and
identify potential customers for supply chain and delivery solutions.
·
The incumbent will develop new customers from both
the market and existing customers with business solutions
·
Plan and execute regular maintenance and business
development visits to customer
·
The incumbent will also maintain and regularly
update customer information
·
Understand all aspects of customers’ business needs,
network within customer’s organization to explore customers’ needs and business
development opportunities
·
Actively promote suitable products /solutions and
develop solutions for customers involving business units.
·
Work closely with other business units in Aramex,
such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc., to ensure proper service
delivery to customers
·
Prepare proposals and quotations to customers
·
Responsible for the ownership of payments
collections alongside the Credit Officers
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two to
three years of related experience
·
Computer literacy i.e. proficiency: MS office
Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
·
Prior experience in customer management experience
·
Good consultancy selling skills
·
English language proficiency
