About This Job:
Our client is a Private Limited that operates call centers. The company offers outsourced voice and customer relationship management services to companies across Africa.
Main Tasks:
·Manage a team of Employee Relations, Payroll and recruitment professionals at execution level
·Implement company HR policies and processes in the site.
·Deliver hiring numbers as per manpower projections and cost projections
·Manage attrition within budgeted levels
·Manage updated personnel files, records and all employee information
·Supports corporate teams in terms of data, reporting and other day to day information
·Works closely with site head and site level leadership team
·Interacts actively with the clients at an operational level
·Makes Reports as required by the management.
Key Qualifications/Experience
·Graduation/ preferably a Post graduate in HR
·10+ Years of minimum relevant experience
·Hiring TAT
·Statutory compliance Adherence
·Accurately and timely up deduction of Employee database
·Adherence to roll out schedules and policies and processes
·Employee SAT
Competencies
·Should possess good communication skills and good people management skills.
·Should be proactive
·Should have networking and influencing skills.
·Excellent decision making ability
