Job Summary:  The Cloud

Services Support Engineer will offer timely support for the company’s Cloud

Services for staff and customers and ensure that the service performs optimally

and operates efficiently, and that the customers are satisfied with the service

thus enhances cloud services uptake

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Offer
  
  second line support to customer services for the company’s Cloud services


• Support
  
  customers to get up and running once they have signed up to the services


• Provide
  
  basic training to staff and customers on the company’s Cloud services


• Quickly
  
  resolve all Cloud service calls and incidents


• Regularly
  
  interact with vendor support at the technical level when needed


• Increase awareness of the company’s Clouds Products and service within the
  
  enterprise space

Key Performance Indicators:

• Targets
  
  are all met with no deviations.


• Activity
  
  schedules are used for planning.


• Appointments
  
  are recorded for future follow up.


• Comprehensive
  
  weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are prepared and key issues followed
  
  up.


• All
  
  appointments are well documented in the sales management account database.


• Smooth
  
  coordination between the company and the Customers through the SME sales
  
  Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• The
  
  ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor of Science degree,
  
  preferably in mathematics or computer science or equivalent.


• At
  
  least a year’s experience in a technical capacity preferably with
  
  experience supporting customers.


• A year’s
  
  experience in a technical capacity preferably with experience supporting
  
  customers


• Possession
  
  of Microsoft systems engineer certification is an added advantage.


• Able
  
  to operate in a performance driven environment.


• Must
  
  be analytical and decisive with technical troubleshooting experience.


• The
  
  applicant must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to
  
  drive to the customer premises.


• Possess
  
  a valid driving permit with minimum of 1 year experience.


• Good
  
  knowledge in Computer packages


• Report
  
  writing and project planning/management


• Excellent
  
  Oral and written Communication Skills


• Verifiable
  
  track record of success


• Strong
  
  commitment to Integrity, follow through and Customer orientation


• Must
  
  have pleasing Customer Centric personality


• Age: Below 35 years old.
