Job Summary: The Manager – Remedy will render support in
ensuring continuity of best practice service level management processes,
executed by IT service support staff, required by client.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The
incumbent will mainly maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems,
including coordination with network engineers. - Monitor
and manage system resources, including Central Processing Unit (CPU)
usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. - Carry
out systems security administration functions, including creating user
profiles and accounts. - Setting
up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system
performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage
space. - Actively
engage with users and evaluate vendor products. - Make
recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation
and provides backup recovery. - Develop
and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of
computing resources.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
incumbent must hold a First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. - At
least four years of related work experience. - The
applicant should possess at least two years’ remedy usage experience. - Possess
the ability to develop and maintain program based on remedy platform.
