provider network of over 500 hospitals, clinics and doctors all across East

Africa. We also provide access to over 750 health hospitals and clinics in East

Africa and South Sudan to the over 106,000 members who entrust us with their

healthcare security.


Job Summary: The Sales

& Marketing Executives will train, learn, engage and win every day while

having fun in an energizing space, meeting people’s real life health insurance

needs.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess

    client needs and educate them on the IAA-Resolution health insurance

    coverage, and follow up consistently to establish sales possibilities

    through calls and attending meetings.

  • Make

    calls and attend meetings to establish client needs and follow up

  • Negotiate

    and sell the IAA-Resolution health insurance cover to clients.

  • Build

    and maintain working relationships with clients on behalf of the company

    by providing fast and quality service.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The

    sales and marketing executives should hold relevant diplomas or degrees

  • At

    least two years’ experience in a business role dealing with people

  • Be

    mature, smart and presentable;

  • High

    business acumen

  • Proficiency

    in both spoken and written English

  • Excellent

    communication skills

  • High

    person initiative, with focus on what can be done as opposed to what

    cannot, and refuse to accept obstacles, pushing for achievement

  • Possess

    good listening skills

  • Ability

    to identify other people’s needs and react accurately to their behaviour

    and emotions

  • Highly

    competitive, and not afraid to exert pressure or influence, and are

    determined to win and willing to take risks to do so

  • Possess

    the ability to articulate objectives and goals clearly and assign

    timelines.

  • Possess

    a sense of urgency and the need to act, having a no excuse mind-set and a

    positive outlook
