NCDC Careers - Specialist Curriculum Development Agriculture Education at National Curriculum Development Centre


Organisation: National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC)National Curriculum Development Centre is a corporate body under the Ministry of Education and Sports. It is responsible for inter-alliance development of curricula and related materials for various level of education (i.e. Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary), organising capacity building courses for stakeholders on curricula and matters related to curriculum.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The applicant should hold a Master’s degree in Agriculture Science/ Agriculture Extension or related field Bachelor of Agriculture science or Bachelor of Vocational Education (Agriculture option) or Bachelor of Education (Agriculture double main) Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized Agriculture collegeA minimum of ten years’ experience in teaching Agriculture, two of which should be in a Farm school/institute or community polytechnics.Additional certificate in Agriculture (Crop/ Animal/ Agriculture Mechanization option)All candidates are encouraged to send their applications by with six (6) copies of: the application letter indicating three (3) referees, a detailed CV, photocopies of certificates and academic transcripts should be submitted to: The Secretary, NCDC Governing Council, P.O.
