Reports to: Sales & Marketing ManagerToyota Uganda is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation in Japan and sole official distributor of brand new Toyota vehicles in Uganda. Our key business activities being Toyota motor vehicle sales, spare part sales and motor vehicle servicing & repair as well as Yamaha motorcycles, Hino trucks and Case tractors.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Achieve sales targets for Toyota products & services through penetration of new markets and servicing of existing customersBuild the Toyota Brand through extensive marketing, visibility and availability of Toyota products in the marketResponsible for capturing and analyzing trade market data in the areas of product range, sales trends, competition activities and trading termsQuickly respond to and process all customer complaints through coordinating and following-up all customer related issues to ensure maximum customer satisfactionManaging and building customer relationships for both existing customers and prospective clients for effective customer retention managementQualifications, Skills and Experience:  The Sales Executive should hold a degree in Marketing or any other business related disciplinePrevious experience in a Sales/Marketing roleMulti-lingual i.e. ability to proficiently speak both English and Mandarin/Chinese language excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Driving skills are an added advantageAll candidates are encouraged to send a detailed CV of not more than three pages with scanned copies of academic certificates all merged within the same document via Email to: hr@toyotaug.co.ug
