In 2013, we reached over 143 million children through our work around 52m directly and 91 million indirectly around the world.Job Summary: The Save the Children Senior Officer Child Protection is responsible for providing on-going capacity support and coordination of the project partners with project planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation and reporting. The Senior Officer is responsible for the direct supervision of Child Protection activities, providing on-going, implementation, monitoring & evaluation and reporting in regard to the execution of activities within the vulnerable communities targeted by Save the Children. The jobholder is specifically oriented towards Child Protection activities and special attention will be made of the Child Protection sector in other core sectors of the organisation such as child rights, nutrition, health and education.
