CRB is an international credit bureau organisation providing credit risk

services to the financial sector in Uganda under license by Bank of Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidates for these vacancies
  
  should hold a Commercial degree or equivalent, higher qualifications.


• The Upcountry Field Officers for Agricultural
  
  Training and Sales Support should have at least two to three years proven
  
  experience in a field based customer service and support role with a solid
  
  agricultural sales / agricultural banking background, and must be able to
  
  demonstrate a complete understanding of the agricultural industry.


• Strong agricultural background and previous
  
  working experience with a bank, MDI, or MFI would be an advantage


• Excellent interpersonal and communication
  
  skills


• Highly motivated with good organization
  
  skills


• Computer literacy i.e. knowledge of Microsoft
  
  PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a requirement for working at Compuscan
