Limited (MDI) is a leading deposit taking Microfinance Company supervised by

the Bank of Uganda and it provides financial services to micro and small size

enterprises (MSEs). Its major purpose is to provide increased access to

specialized financial services for entrepreneurs while contributing to wealth

creation, improvement of living conditions and development of the Ugandan private

sector.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The Marketing Officer should preferably hold a

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or an

Equivalent

·        
At least two years of related experience;

·        
Good marketing skills;

·        
Computer literacy i.e. proficient in the Use of

Adobe Reader and abilities in web design and maintenance;

·        
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

and deadlines;

·        
An outgoing personality with the ability to

communicate clearly;

·        
High degree of creativity with a background in the

liberal arts is desired;

·        
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

with great ability to network.
